Talon Desktop

Talon Desktop is one of the client options in Core Technology’s Talon Suite product line.  With the touch of a button, you can search important data to make split-second decisions.  Information is returned to you in an organized and easy to read manner, saving valuable time to read and disseminate the details.

Access data from the state system, and local and regional databases (via TalonPoint), ensuring the information you receive is accurate, complete, and up-to-the-minute.  Use Talon to access Michigan driver’s license images to allow users to quickly identify someone.

With Talon, critical data is emphasized allowing users to quickly make informed decisions.  Talon provides four ways to view data:

1. Activity View - displays all messages in a single scrolling window
2. Message List View - provides an email like presentation of queries, responses, and broadcast messages
3. Manage Message View - organizes and displays messages in folders allowing one to easily find needed information
4. Case View - designed for investigative work by displaying information into useful categories
